Who we are

We are a global community of Polish aviation professionals brought together by a shared background and a common goal: to connect, support, and elevate Polish talent across the international aerospace industry.

The Polish Aviation Network is more than a LinkedIn group — it's a professional hub for engineers, mechanics, pilots, managers, analysts, and entrepreneurs working across MRO, AOG, airlines, leasing, manufacturing, logistics, and aviation services. Whether based in Warsaw, Dubai, Singapore, or New York, our members stay connected to exchange insights, opportunities, and support.

We come from different sectors and specializations, but we speak the same industry language — and often, the same mother tongue. We organize networking meetups at key global aviation events, promote aerospace education in partnership with academic institutions, and help each other navigate careers, challenges, and innovations in a fast-moving industry.

Founded by Kamil Ziaja, Mateusz Ojciec, Bartłomiej Matusewicz, and Mateusz Czyżewski, the Network began as an informal initiative and has since grown into a trusted space for dialogue, collaboration, and professional growth.
